Trading Sleep for Work

Rushing for a few deadlines this week, I stayed over at the new maya lab to work. Usually my well trained sleep-deprived body would allow me to go on for 48 hours non-stop at a go, but I decided that this time,  I would restrain myself and get at least a few hours of sleep each day.

The result? I am late for my submissions, but I felt my health bar up in the heavens increased a teeny weeny bit. Message to the rest of my friends and colleges: Stop glorifying your aptitude for lack of sleep and start taking ur health seriously. Staying up 3 nights to meet a deadline means nothing except your easy submissive to procrastination.

Something is very wrong with the whole system if one needs to trade sleep for work long term. The world should learn to slow down, its for the good for everyone.
